On 15th of August, 2026, we opened the gates of Paradiso Farm to our fourth batch of subscribers, and if you were there, you'd understand why we keep saying this project is different every single time...

For months, these subscribers had followed updates from the project. 

They had seen construction, watched farming activities begin, and received progress reports.

This wasn't the first allocation we've run, and it won't be the last...

We displayed our produce for subscribers to see(Farmer Market)

This batch was different because there was simply more to see.

They saw farming activities were visible across different sections of the farm.

Tomatoes and peppers had already been harvested and packed into crates.

Also, yams and sweet potatoes were laid out.

We didn't just let our Subscribers hear about produce coming out of Paradiso Farm, they saw it stacked in front of them.

Plus, we also allow our Subscribers walked past the tunnels during the farmer market...

For many of them, this was the first time seeing greenhouse farming up close, and it gave them a clearer sense of how serious the operations at Paradiso have become.

We also have packaged products from the farm...

If you haven't heard people talking about Garri Go yet, you probably will soon.

It's one of those things that started small and somehow turned into the product people ask us about the most these days...

We could've just bagged and sold it like everybody else does.

But we didn't want it to just be garri from the farm.

We wanted people to actually recognize it, trust it, maybe even prefer it.

That's why we packaged it properly...

For a long time, most subscribers only knew it existed because we mentioned it in an update...

But they don't know how it feels, how fine or coarse it is, whether it tastes like the garri they are used to or something totally different.

So we decided to stop just talking about it in updates and started actually putting it in people's hands.

That's why it's always sitting out at allocation events now.

A few subscribers this last time asked how long it stays fresh, how it's processed, whether we're selling it outside the farm yet.

And yeah, it is moving outside the farm now.

But we still like giving subscribers first access to it before it's everywhere.

Maybe that sounds sentimental, but these are the people who believed in this thing before there was much to believe in.

How Subscribers Reacted

We could easily see the excitement on their faces.

As subscribers moved from one section to another, they kept commenting on how much progress had been made since their last visit.

They saw that access routes had been mapped out between sections.

They could see farming activities were ongoing in different parts of the farm at the same time, not just in one demonstration area.

This gave subscribers confidence that the farm is developing as a whole...

On that allocation day, some subscribers requested additional plots they could acquire before the next phase opens.

Because they could see the progress with their own eyes, and that progress made them want a bigger stake in it.

What the MD(Korede Ayeni) told subscribers

At some point during the day, our MD, Mr Korede Ayeni, spoke to the subscribers...

He reminded subscribers that Paradiso Farm looked completely different a year ago.

He told them what they were standing on and walking through wasn't a plan anymore, it was the result of consistent work over time.

The MD said the patience subscribers had shown was the same patience that allowed the farm to get to this point.

He told subscribers that when people ask for more land after seeing a project in person, it's usually a sign the project is doing something right.

He said people don't ask for more of something they don't trust...

The MD encouraged subscribers to keep following the progress reports, but he was also clear that nothing replaces seeing the farm in person.

He told them allocation days like this one will continue as the farm grows, because it's important for subscribers to physically stand on their investment...

How Do They Get Allocated?

After subscribers complete all required payments and documentation, they are invited one after another to inspect and identify the exact plots assigned to them.

The allocation process is carried out in a transparent and well-organized manner, with every plot assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

This ensures that each subscriber leaves the site knowing the precise location of their investment, giving them confidence that the land allocated to them is exactly what they paid for...
