All You Need To Know About Cocoa Plantation Scheme in Paradiso Farm

Think about every bar of chocolate, every cup of cocoa-based drink, every product in a supermarket shelf that lists cocoa as an ingredient, all of it traces back to a pod grown on a tree.

Cocoa plantation

If you're one of our subscribers at Paradiso farm, there's now a structured way to turn that raw agricultural potential into something you actually benefit from...

Today, let's look into what it actually involves, who it's designed for, and what kind of returns you can realistically expect.

Why Cocoa Makes Sense as an Investment

Cocoa isn't a speculative crop.

In fact, it's one of the world's most consistently traded agricultural commodities, with steady global demand driven by an industry that never really slows down.

Beyond that, cocoa also feeds into cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and a handful of other industries that rely on its byproducts.

That kind of demand means cocoa isn't dependent on a single market.

Still, it shows it has multiple points of entry into the global economy, which makes it a genuinely resilient crop to build a long-term agricultural strategy around.

For our subscribers, this matters because it changes the conversation from "how much has my land appreciated" to "how much is my land actually producing".

Who This Scheme Is Actually For?

The truth is...

This isn't a scheme open to the general public.

But it's specifically reserved for people who already own land within the Paradiso Farm Timeline.

If you're already part of that group, this is essentially your opportunity to build further on an asset you've already committed to...

Plus, it's also worth knowing that cocoa doesn't stand alone in this initiative. The scheme is structured around two high-value cash crops, together with cocoa and oil palm, giving subscribers the chance to diversify within a single, unified plantation program.

What Kind of Yield Can You Realistically Expect?

For us, we will never promise a single, guaranteed outcome.

Instead, we broke down the yield projections into three performance tiers
• Below expectation,
• Expected
• Above expectation

Yield projection

Which makes complete sense given how many variables genuinely affect agricultural output.

The breed of the crop, the quality of ongoing maintenance, and climate conditions all play a role in how any individual plot performs in any given year.

Under the expected performance tier, the numbers work out to something in the range of 10 to 15 bunches per tree annually, with each bunch weighing somewhere between 15 and 25 kilograms.

That translates to roughly 150 to 375 kilograms of fresh fruit per tree, and when scaled up across a full plot or acre, expected yields land somewhere between 8 and 18 tonnes annually.

On the higher end, above-expectation performance can push those numbers up to 15 to 20 bunches per tree, with total yields climbing as high as 15 to 25 tonnes.

These figures give a realistic band rather than a single inflated promise, which is a far more trustworthy way to communicate what we can actually deliver.
